About CEMO
The Centre for Ecological Movement (CEMO) is an organization committed to the spread of awareness of environmental issues and the implementation of projects covering the same. It is a platform for NGOs and NGIs working in this field and seeks to bring together all those who are interested in issues concerning the environment and ecology.
In the past few years, environmental issues have been recognized all over the world as being of tremendous importance. Changes in climatic conditions, with such disastrous consequences as global warming, the unashamed plunder of precious, not-renewable resources and the callous destruction of flora, fauna and forests are some of the trends that threaten the existence of humanity on Planet earth. We at CEMO, believe that it is vital to educate the common man about such problems and to create a sincere personal commitment to this cause among people from all walks of life.
